I know last week was the cold at the end of the heat wave, but we had a mid week spike, and we’re back there again. I’ve got a brown tank a lot like this one (you know, with the built in necklace). Maybe the jewelry and scrapbooking I do have enhanced my appreciation for embellishment.

I’d go with a collarless one (even a sweater) with simple details that let the tank stand out, or a jacket that has hardware that enhances the bib necklace design.
